The 2019 CrossFit Games caused quite a commotion. A whole new format, cuts that may or may not have made much sense, competitors’ journeys being cut unusually short β€” it was a weekend of high emotions and a whole lot of confusion, to say the least. But even with all of that, there are some images that we’ll never get out of our minds. From monster lifts to team celebrations to Noah Ohlsen finally conquering his dream of making it to the podium, these will go down as some of our favourite memories.

Me trying to lead the team on a tour of all the craft breweries in Madison, after getting the dreaded chop at the end of yesterday’s events πŸ˜‚πŸ€ͺ. Sport is hard, the teams standard this year was incredible and sadly, despite giving our all in each event, with some awesome finishes, we missed the cut mark by 7 points. That sucks. That’s professional sports. To have winners you also need losers. Looking forward to competing at the @internationalfunctionalfitness world championships in a few weeks and then knuckling down for the 2020 season. If anyone wants me the rest of the weekend, I’ll most likely be in the beer garden, enjoying time with my dad, my team, my friends and screaming for the Aussies still in the mix today and tomorrow. Go get it crew! πŸ‡¦πŸ‡ΊπŸ’›πŸ’š πŸ“Έ @stephenmstover
