Want to build insane upper body strength, get your heart pumping, and potentially destroy your shoulders? Try the HSPU Pyramid Challenge. Noah Ohlsen recently gave it a shot after seeing Dane and Ben Smith do it.

Grab a set of 45s, 25s, and two sets of 15s. Stack them starting with the heaviest. Start with one HSPU and then remove the top pair of plates. Then do two HSPUs. Remove the next set and repeat for three reps, and so on.
