CrossFit Open Ready – Week Four

Are you Open Ready? Here is the third WOD from RAW Strength and Conditioning!

It’s a 20minute AMRAP, if you can get that far. Similar to the gateway style workouts we have seen in the past Open years.  The weight for the power clean is ascending, with the aim of completing the final three rounds at 80kg and 120kg respectively.
