Kara Webb Does Grace Unbroken

At last weekends Australian Health & Fitness Expo, Rob Forte held an invitational.  An event bringing the best CrossFit Athletes from New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria together to throw down and display CrossFit to the broader fitness community.

One of the epic display’s was Progenex Athlete Kara Webb‘s Unbroken Grace. That’s 30 Clean & Jerk’s for time!

Webb did not put the bar down during the workout, just one of many for the day.
