RAW STRENGTH & CONDITIONING – OPEN WOD 02

The next workout provided by RAW Strength & Conditioning is here! Power Snatches, C2B pull-ups, bar-facing burpees, cal row, box jumps, and if you get through those movements within the 15 minute time cap you’ll be able to hammer out as many burpee box jump overs for reps.
