Kristin Holte has made a name for herself as a true competitor, and for a good reason. She has consistently been one of the top female athletes in Europe, and we’ve repeatedly seen her rank in the top 20 at the Games. How does she do it, you’re wondering? Fans keep a close eye on Holte’s Instagram, where she invites us along on her journey; and recently, we got a glimpse of one of her core exercises: ab roll-outs.

If you’ve never done them before, words can’t describe how challenging these are. Most of us do them from our knees, because it’s more manageable. But of course, Holte spices things up by starting from a standing position, moving extra slow and rolling out all the way down to the ground. See for yourself.
