The warm-up before a WOD is often easily dismissed by athletes — something we rush through in our excitement to get to the fun stuff. But as any elite or pro athlete will tell you, a solid warm-up builds the foundation for a successful WOD and is key in maintaining health and recovery. If anyone knows about recovery, it’s Camille Leblanc-Bazinet. Since sustaining a shoulder injury and having surgery to repair it, she has slowly been making her comeback. Recently on Instagram, she shared some of her go-to moves for keeping her upper body in tip top shape.
