The first event of the 2017 CrossFit Regionals has been announced by director of the CrossFit Games Dave Castro.
Athletes have been busy preparing with a weight vest since hints were dropped earlier this month. But the workout isn’t a murph variation or weighted muscle ups.
Involving a run on the true form runner, the athletes will then find themselves tackling 12 rounds of hand stand push ups, chest to bar pull ups and air squats.
It will definitely be interesting to see how the athletes handle the handstand push ups with added weight!
