It’s not often you come across a WOD that calls for strict pull-ups, but here we are. Set your core on fire and thruster ’til you puke (kidding) with these descending reps.

The strict pull-ups slows this one down a bit. Try to complete the Thrusters unbroken each set, so as not to waste time having to get barbell back into position. Better to take a few breaths before starting a set than to have to break in the middle. The Pull-ups and GHD Sit-ups can be broken up if needed without costing much time, but if you can push through the first few rounds to get to the smaller sets. - No excuses today ❌ Tag a buddy to do this WOD with.
