Henry Sailes Does Fran in 1:53

Henry completed the benchmark WOD in a crazy 1:53. In case you don’t already know what FRAN is, it’s 21-15-9 of thrusters and pull-ups. It’s also just one of those workouts that takes you out for an entire day after you do it, but amazingly enough Henry looks completely unaffected after completion. Crazy stamina!
