Coronavirus has many of us confined to our homes as our local gyms all shut down and we self-quarantine. But that doesn’t mean we can’t still take care of ourselves. Look to some of your favorite athletes, who — like the rest of us — are needing to adjust their programming and routines.

(Psst! Don’t forget that you can follow TWLWODS for tons of programming inspiration.)

2. Tia-Clair Toomey and Sam Briggs

Tia and Sam know how to make fitness fun. Check out this cool workout that uses a deck of cards. Do it with a friend!

View this post on Instagram

Deck of Fitness Game 20 min AMRAP of movements Rules: Pull a random card and perform the number of reps of corresponding movement for that card ♥️ = push ups ♠️= jump lunges ♦️ = sit ups ♣️ = air squats 🃏 = 15 burpees Where: Aces = 1 rep Jack = 11 Queen = 12 King = 13 reps So for example if you draw 7 of spades you have to perform 7 jump lunges! Make things more fun by FaceTiming a friend, take it in turn to pick a card and the other person has to perform the movement! Keep taking it in turn for the full 20 minutes! TODAY, at 2:30pm CT /7:30pm UK time I’ll be FaceTiming @bicepslikebriggs and challenging her to the deck of fitness game! We’ll both be going live on instagram so choose team Tia or team Sam, click on our live story and workout alongside us!
