“Fun” and “20-minute AMRAP” are hardly ever used in the same sentence; but when you’re Stacie Tovar, you find a way to enjoy every workout, no matter how grueling it may be. In a recent sweat sesh, she spent the better part of a half hour alternating between push-ups, strict presses and air squats, for what we imagine was one heck of a lung-burner.
