There’s no community like the CrossFit community. We band together when support is needed the most, to raise money, raise spirits, and make the world a brighter place. Such was the case this past weekend at CrossFit New England, where members came together to complete 24 Hero WODs in 24 hours! They did it in honor of 24 Navy SEALs who are no longer with us. Every hour for a full day, a WOD was done — and in the end, they had raised about $5,000 for the Navy SEAL Foundation.

Even more impressive were Geoff Leard and Conor Nugent — two members who did all 24 workouts.

Check out some pics below.

“Us working out for 24 hours… that shit does not matter. What matters is you guys showing up for us, and for this cause, which is the much bigger picture that we’re trying to focus on. You guys showed up yesterday, you worked out with us in the middle of the night, then you came back and worked out with us all day today. That’s pretty amazing.” -@gbleard _ Big thanks to the @cfne family for coming out strong for this event. We raised about $5,000 for the @navysealfoundation, and that means the world to us. This was the first Teamwork for Team Guys event, but thanks to the support of our friends at @killcliff, this will likely be an annual one. In the meantime, if you’d like to donate to this incredibly worthy cause, follow the link in our bio. See you guys next year! _ #TeamworkForTeamGuys #CFNE #CompTrain #CrossFit #KillCliff
