Brooke Wells likes to do this thing where she deadlifts hundreds of pounds and makes it look easy. She recently one-upped herself by deadlifting hundreds of pounds and making it look easy, and then following it up with hurdle hops, claiming that her legs felt like jello, even though she looked more like she had springs in her shoes.
The workout wrapped up her training for the day and consisted of five sets of six deadlifts at 315lbs followed by four sets of three hops. Most women can’t do one deadlift at 315. So, you know — it was nothing too intense or anything.*
