Pat Sherwood from CrossFit HQ, catches up with Australia’s own Chad Mackay. Mackay is a three time CrossFit Games athlete and one of the members of Team World who toppled Team USA in last years CrossFit Invitational.

Mackay and Sherwood discuss the upcoming CrossFit Invitational, where Chad will not be competing but rather coach Team Australia as it competes against teams from the USA, Europe and Canada.

This years invitational series will go down in San Jose, California on November 9th.
