The Dottirs are back at it. Just like last week, Annie Thorisdottir and Sara Sigmundsdottir tackled the Open workout and filmed the entire thing for Thorisdottir’s YouTube audience. It shouldn’t be possible for anyone to move this fast, but here we are.

They’re pros but they’re still human, and right off the bat, Thorisdottir found herself missing double-unders. After the workout, she explained what she did to try to make up for her no-reps — and where she went wrong.
