The 2015 Regionals are Coming
The time has almost come, for another year of Regionals competition.
With the Open completed, there is less than a month until each of the eight Regions compete for their chance to secure a spot to the CrossFit Games.
The WOD Life will be heading to the Pacific Regional this year, May 22-24th so get excited!
