When you put in the work, good things happen. Kara Webb is proof of that. In a recent Instagram post, she shared with her followers how one of her biggest goals for CrossFit was to be able to push press 100kg. Well, she did. She’s worked so hard, in fact, that now she practices entire overhead complexes at 100kg — and it still doesn’t look that heavy for her. Here she is with a push press + push jerk + split jerk (and she doesn’t dump the bar at the end, by the way). Way to go, Kara!
