Last year, eight-time CrossFit Games competitor Stacie Tovar announced she would be retiring from competing. Yes – 2017’s Games season was her last. While she still trains hard, she meant it when she said she was done; and in a recent Instagram post, she shared she officially turned down her invitation to Regionals.
Regionals and the Games won’t be the same without her, but after she spent the better part of a decade wowing us with her athletic abilities, it’s safe to say we will never forget the legend Stacie Tovar.
