Many of us spend years trying to achieve our first muscle-up. Dave Castro taught this guy in less than a minute.

Okay, so he didn’t “technically” do a “full” muscle-up, but we don’t think he’s trying to qualify for the Games or anything. Way to go, Andy the studio lighting technician.

Castro was noticeably absent from the Open this year and needless to say, he was dearly missed. Without his pre-Open hints and ominous foreshadowing, we were all far less anxious – and it was kind of weird.

Hopefully, he’ll come out of hiding soon.
