CrossFit Open Ready – Week Two
Are you Open Ready? Here is the second WOD from RAW Strength and Conditioning!
It’s a traditional workout, with a twist. The weights go up each three minutes, with the final four minutes maxing out at 60kg for the ladies and 90kgs for the guys.
