How To Box Jump For Beginners (CrossFit)

4 Simple Tips For Beginners:
1. Feet under hips. Make sure your feet positioned correctly.
2. Use your arms. Make sure you don’t break your fingers. Swing your arms freely, free from obstacles.
3. Re-bend for landing. So that you’ll be able to absorb your jump back down.
4. See your target. Look where your jumping or at where your going.
