If you get on the rowing machine, odds are that it’s to… row. Well, Julien Pineau had other plans in mind. By getting into a kneeling position and hanging on to the seat of the rower with his hands, he created a spicy little ab workout for himself. Sliding the seat back and forth, he mimicked what you typically do on a rower; and naturally, he gave himself the challenge of completing a 200-meter “ab row” as fast as possible.
Give this one a shot yourself! But beware: you’ll probably be mega sore the next day.
