Her growing baby bump isn’t going to stop her. In fact, it’s hardly seemed to slow her down at all. Kara Saunders is currently in her third trimester, but don’t think that gets in the way of her sweat sesh. She recently posted a training clip on IG — air squats, ring rows, and some time on the bike.

While competing is understandably not on her agenda for the immediate future, Saunders has stayed active and healthy throughout the course of her pregnancy. Keep it up, Kara!
