Before a match has even been played the National Pro Fitness League has changed it’s name to the National Pro Grid League.

Founder and CEO Tony Budding explains “After months of discovery and analysis, we couldn’t be happier about Grid. And since we now have a great name for our sport, we have a better name for our league.”

With the name under control, the scene is set for the draft and the inaugural season. There are a huge amount of Australian athletes getting on board, with Ben Garard and Amanda Allen already signed to the San Fran Fire and Philly Founders respectively, how many more will be drafted?

We are excited to see how the first season of “The Grid” goes!
