This is just a quick partner workout that you can do with a mate, boy/girlfriend or training partner.
Ex1. Partner Pushups x 20
Ex2. Bum Lifts x 20
Ex3. Sit Up Claps x 20
Ex4. Rock pass x 20
Ex5. Stair Hops x 20
Do all exercises back to back in a circuit and then repeat 5 times.
