Oh boy. Here we go again.

You might remember a couple of years ago when Brooke Wells’ 18.4 video got people talking. Many people thought that a good majority of her handstand push-ups were no-reps. HQ actually agreed that some of the reps appeared to be a no-go, but they ultimately accepted her video submission.

Fast forward to 20.1, and Wells is making headlines again. For reference, here’s her first stab at the workout.

There’s no doubt Wells is fast and strong beyond words. Some people have an issue with her performance, though, claiming that her chest didn’t fully touch the ground during her burpees, meaning that once again, many (if not most) of them should be no-reps.
