TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY ? Yep that’s me in the upper left. And yep, that’s a cigarette I’m holding! ? Drink of choice back in 2008 was vodka and @redbull, of course ?? LOTS has changed since then. I no longer smoke (thank you Lord!??) and I also can hardly stand the smell of vodka. I’m no longer training for hours on end 6 days a week – much like most of you I’m working out only??hour a day (sometimes less!) ?? days a week, so with that has come some adjustments to my diet. Top right was me competing in my 8th @crossfitgames in 2017. Bottom left is a short 6 months after retirement. And what’s cool about this picture is that it was taken the first day of a nutrition challenge I was participating in. I needed to get back on the band wagon and I also needed some accountability. So here I am today, sustaining healthy nutritional habits. The bottom right picture was just taken last week. ?? Sometimes you just need a little something to get you back on track. As she explained in her most recent post, Tovar’s athletic journey looks different compared to the last several years, but one thing’s for certain: she’s still a beast.
