Chris Spealler knows a thing or two about Olympic weightlifting; and he recently recommended a specific drill to improve your snatch technique. It consists of securing bands to the rig and placing your barbell in the middle of them.

You should pick a weight that you are able to snatch easily and very safely, but rest assured the bands will make this drill much more challenging. You’ll have to work harder to reach full hip extension, and will also have to move around the bar faster.
