Mitchell Adams, five-time CrossFit Games Regionals athlete, has a goal to give back. He wants to give back to all of the people giving everything they’ve got to help those suffering from coronavirus. So, he’s challenging himself to 10,000 burpees in 24 hours, with the goal of raising £10,000 to donate to the NHS Charities.

By the way, if you were to break that down by the hour, that’s 417 burpees for 24 hours straight — or seven burpees a minute, nonstop.

It’s all going down Sunday, May 3.

He’s keeping fans in the loop with Instagram videos detailing his approach, from movement standards to efficiency. Adams has no plans to shortcut his burpees and will be adhering to the proper movement standards. Incredible.

This is no small task. Will Mitchell be able to stand up to the challenge?

We’ll be rooting for you, Mitchell!
