When Lindy Barber left team CrossFit Mayhem Freedom, a few names popped up as potential replacements. And with the Asia CrossFit Championship around the corner, everyone was wondering who would fill that fourth spot. Now, we know.

The team will be making its way to Shanghai to compete from April 27 to April 29.

Looking back, the signs were there. Cho caught our attention when she posted about training in Cookeville.

Plus, when Rich Froning posted his 19.2 video, Cho could be seen in the background, keeping up with the champ and making it look easy.

Competition is in the air, and Team Mayhem Freedom is out for a win.
