Sara Sigmundsdottir is the fierce athlete she is because nothing stops her from chasing her goals, not even a broken rib. Back when she first suffered the injury, changes to her training became necessary and most of her work revolved around her lower body. Broken rib or not, there’s one workout we’re itching to try: eight rounds of 20 KB squats, 30 air squats and a 400m run with one minute of rest in between rounds. We can already feel the burn!
