?Unilateral Emphasis? . ?We can load up pour core or single legs unilaterally and in doing so train new movement patterns that we haven’t touched on before. The value here is that when you return to bilaterally loaded patterns you will have better recruitment from each side and be able to produce more controlled force. . ?These two movements are terrific to pair as a warm up for hinge training. . 4 Sets A1.
