Just like that my 2019 Games are over. I went out on that sprint and gave it my all. Knowing that .001 seconds faster would have put me into the top 10 is a tough pill to swallow.  However you live and learn and I will be back stronger than ever. Thanks to everyone for the support. Still smiling even with a big drooling mouth and being cut from the Crossfit Games. . Sport is a tough world. I made the top 20 – I’m proud of myself and although I’m gutted to be cut after a 27sec event it highlights another weakness to work on. . Now time to cheer on my girl @jgreenewod before planning a big 2019/20 season. . Thank you to everyone for all of the unbelievable support. The new format this year has certainly changed the game. There’s no room for error. No room for those epic, heroic, last-minute comebacks. No room for giant leaderboard fluctuations. What do you think of this year, compared to previous Games?
