Ben Smith hasn’t climbed to the top of the leaderboard by going easy on himself. Throughout his training, he’s accomplished unbelievable tasks such as executing 88 pull-ups unbroken, a 30-second strict muscle-up and a 149-pound pull-up. He blew us away (again) with one heck of a barbell complex: 3 deadlifts + 2 cleans + 1 jerk… for 30 rounds. 30! Smith recorded a couple rounds and shared it with his Instagram following, and all we can say is wow.
