It goes without saying that this year, the Games are going to look incredibly different. Coronavirus made planning and executing seriously complicated. The crowds? Gone. The venue? Changed. If it feels like a major buzzkill, well, it kind of is.

But the people have CrossFit have never been ones to back down from a challenge, and we’re certainly not going to start now. Dave Castro has an important message: We’re here, we’re not going anywhere, and this year, the Games are going to blow you away.
